If you're feeling stuck, uncertain, or just need a quick check-in, this 30-minute session is the perfect way to get started. Whether you need clarity on a specific challenge, a gut-check, or some guidance on your next steps, we’ll work together to help you gain the focus and confidence you need to move forward.

This is your chance to see how coaching can benefit you without the commitment of a full package—just a simple, clear path forward.

The Anchor Package

The Anchor Package is for parents who feel overwhelmed by the demands of others and are ready to reconnect with their true selves. If you’ve been so focused on meeting everyone else’s needs that you’ve forgotten your own, it’s time to break those patterns and reconnect with the parent you’re meant to be. Together, we’ll realign with your core values, so you can lead with clarity and parent with purpose, authenticity, and calm.

Over four sessions, we’ll dive deep into what’s feeling out of sync, help you reconnect with your internal guide, and translate that insight into real-life shifts. You’ll leave feeling steadier—even when things feel messy.

What’s Included:

  • Four 50-minute sessions focused on addressing your unique parenting challenges.

  • Personalized session follow-ups, including a recap after each session and a final reflection to help you review the progress you’ve made and plan what comes next.

  • Light email support between sessions to help you stay grounded and focused.

Grounding Session

If you’re feeling stuck or unsure of how to handle a specific challenge with your child, this 50-minute session is a great place to start. Whether you’ve tried everything and still feel lost or just need clarity on how to move forward, we’ll work together to cut through the noise and reconnect with your values.

We’ll untangle what's beneath the surface, explore your role in the situation, and help you find a way to navigate challenges that supports both your child and your own sense of self. By the end of our time together, you’ll have a clear plan of action, so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.

What’s Included:

  • One 50-minute session focused on your current challenge.

  • A post-session follow-up with key insights and 1-2 next steps to keep you grounded and moving forward.

  • The option to apply the session fee toward the Anchor Package if you choose to continue within 7 days.

What to Expect

Each session is held over Zoom and lasts 50 minutes (or 30 minutes for Mini Sessions). Before we begin, you’ll receive a short intake form to help guide our time together.

You’re welcome to bring whatever’s on your mind—whether it’s a specific challenge, a pattern you want to shift, or just the weight of feeling overwhelmed. Sessions are calm, direct, and collaborative—always grounded in what matters most to you, not someone else’s parenting formula.

You’ll have a steady, non-judgmental space to pause, reflect, and realign. Together, we’ll explore what’s feeling out of sync, clarify what you need, and work on tangible steps to help you move forward—whether that means setting boundaries, reconnecting with your values, or simply making space to hear yourself again.

If you’re working through a package, you may receive something small between sessions to help you reflect or go deeper—but only if that kind of support feels helpful to you. The goal is to lighten your load, not add to it.

This isn’t about following a prescribed method. It’s about creating space for your clarity, your voice, and a parenting path that feels aligned with who you are.

Is Coaching Right for Me?

  • No. I work with any parent or caregiver navigating this season. That said, many of my clients are women in midlife—figuring out who they are while still holding space for their kids.

    You’re welcome here whether you’re a solo parent, a co-parent, a step-parent, or simply the one carrying the emotional weight right now.

  • My coaching is primarily one-on-one, because so much of this work is about your clarity.

    If both parents are interested in support, I offer individual coaching on the same themes—but in separate sessions. That way, each person gets the space to reflect and grow in their own way, without the pressure to align in real-time.

  • That’s more common than you think.

    Many clients arrive not knowing exactly what they want to work on—they just know something feels off. You don’t need to show up with a list of goals. Together, we’ll talk through what’s on your mind and uncover what matters most. Coaching is often the first step toward getting clear.

  • If you’re feeling stuck, second-guessing yourself, or craving a different way of showing up, this is a great time to begin this work.

    Coaching isn’t a sign that you’re failing. It’s a way to slow down, reflect, and grow with intention—so you can move forward feeling more grounded and more like yourself.

  • Therapy often focuses on healing the past—working through patterns, trauma, or emotional wounds that need space and support to process.

    Coaching, on the other hand, is rooted in the present and future. It’s about where you are now, what’s feeling out of sync, and how you want to move forward with more clarity and intention.

    Our work will be reflective, yes—but also practical. You’ll leave each session with meaningful insight and small, steady steps you can apply to real life.

    Some clients come in for a package, get what they need, and move on. Others return when something new comes up or want to check in a few times a year.

    I offer 30-minute mini follow-up sessions and new packages for returning clients—always with the flexibility to meet you where you are.

Policies & Scheduling Notes


Session Format
All sessions are held via Zoom unless otherwise noted. You’ll receive a confirmation email and calendar invite with the Zoom link automatically.

Rescheduling
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Missed or late-canceled sessions (within 24 hours) may not be eligible for a refund.

Payment
Payment is due when you book, unless we’ve discussed an alternate arrangement ahead of time.

Follow-Up
A brief written summary will be emailed after each session (included with the Anchor Package and Grounding Session only).

Timing & Tech
Please arrive on time, as sessions will end at the scheduled time. If you're more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show. I understand that tech issues and real-life disruptions happen—just reach out if something gets in the way, and I’ll do the same.

Confidentiality
Everything we discuss in our sessions is private and stays between us. Coaching is not therapy, but it is a confidential space, and I take your trust seriously. Confidentiality is upheld except in cases of serious risk of harm to you, your child, or others, in which case I may need to take steps to ensure safety, always with care, transparency, and respect.
