Scheduling & Availability

What days do you offer sessions?
I offer sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with additional days available by request.

What if I don’t see a time that works for me?
Please reach out using the contact form, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you with an alternative time.

I booked a package but didn’t schedule all my sessions. What do I do?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking code and a link to schedule. You can return to that email at any time to book the remaining sessions.

Can I change the time zone in the booking app?
Yes—appointments should automatically display in your local time zone, but it’s always a good idea to double-check before booking.

Payments & Policies

What’s your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Missed or late-canceled sessions (within 24 hours) may not be eligible for a refund.

Can I split the payment for a coaching package?
Yes—I offer a two-part payment option by request. Please contact me before booking, and I’ll guide you through the process. (for packages only)

Do you offer refunds?
Since coaching is a time-based service, refunds are not available once a session has been completed. If you have concerns, I’m always happy to talk.

Logistics

Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are held virtually via Zoom. You’ll receive a link in your confirmation email.

Will I get a summary or follow-up after the session?
Yes—if you book a full session or package, you’ll receive a summary of our time together, including insights and next steps, after each session.

What should I do if I didn’t receive my confirmation or Zoom link?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, reach out, and I’ll resend it.
